This large stalked sponge (Bolosoma sp.) provides a home for a number of brittlestars and crustacean associates. It was seen during a dive in the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument during the 2015 Hohonu Moana: Exploring Deep Waters off Hawaiʻi.
