LST-884 on BlueView
Landing ship tank LST-884 coming into view on remotely operated vehicle (ROV) Deep Discoverer’s BlueView scanning sonar system. This system helps the ROV pilots detect objects, like shipwrecks, beyond the reach of the ROVs’ lights. This wreck was explored during Dive 03 of the 2025 ROV and Mapping Shakedown expedition.
