Dumbo Octopus
Seen during the Gulf of Mexico 2014 expedition, this dumbo octopus displayed a body posture that had never before been observed in cirrate octopods. This was perhaps one of the most photogenic animals seen during the expedition and was a biological highlight for many who tuned in.
