During the Papahānaumokuākea ROV and Mapping expedition, we are exploring with a two-bodied remotely operated vehicle (ROV) system that includes ROVs Deep Discoverer and Seirios. Seirios always stays above Deep Discoverer, providing a top-down view (like the one seen here) while shining an additional source of light on a location’s features and its inhabitants.
