This sea star, Tremaster mirabilis, was seen during the Deepwater Wonders of Wake: Exploring the Pacific Remote Islands Marine National Monument expedition, during the second of two shallower dives to look for precious coral resources around Wake Island, which is part of the Pacific Remote Islands Marine National Monument.
