NOAA Ocean Explorer: Viator Side Scan Sonar Image

The steel propeller Viator was built in 1904 at Bodo, Norway. While transporting pickled herring and fish products, she collided in the fog with the steamer Ormidale and sank off of Thunder Bay Island.
