WEBVTT 00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:41.551 Huaʻolelo o ka la, hoʻolaukaʻi huakaʻi. Hoʻolaukaʻi huakaʻi. Hi, everybody. My name is Trish Albino and I'm one of the expedition coordinators at NOAA Ocean Exploration. In my job, I'm responsible for planning some of the expeditions that we have out here on NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer, where we're going to parts of the ocean where we don't know very much about what's there in the deep sea, and collecting data on these environments and ecosystems so that we can share that with you. 00:00:41.620 --> 00:01:04.965 And in my job, I use a lot of different mapping softwares where I'm able to make maps of the ocean so that we can decide where we're going to go so that we can make best use of our time here and sea like we are now here, in Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument. And my favorite part about my job is getting to be out here at sea, going to these amazing places with some of the most incredible people from all over the world. 00:01:05.034 --> 00:01:14.310 Mahalo and thanks for tuning in.
