The sixth transect conducted during Dive 03 of Windows to the Deep 2021 took place at a depth of approximately 1,005 meters (3,297 feet), about 10 meters (33 feet) off the seafloor. Lobate ctenophores, like this one in the genus Bathocyroe, were common at this depth. We observed a great deal of marine snow in the water at this depth and organisms abundant.
