Junior Officer, Ensign Anna Hallingstad reported for duty on NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer in June 2017 and she is the ship’s Safety Officer, Morale Officer, and Property Officer. She is also a member of the SCUBA Dive Team and a qualified Officer of the Deck.
