- Conductivity
- Groundwater
- Mapping the sinkhole
- Sediment composition; age
- Respiration in the sinkholes
- Microbiology of sinkholes

More daily logs are on the way! Today and tomorrow we are weathered-in. Wednesday we will be out deploying more instrumentation. Thurs & Friday are dependent on weather since this is Lake Huron in September.
