This is one vendor at the fish market that was selling "Imelda", an important local food fish. Each bucket in the foreground contains about 1.5 kilograms of whole, freshly caught "Imelda". The people in the background wear plastic tied around their waists to try to keep some of the fish off of themselves while they work like an assembly line. The first person cuts off the head, the second cuts the fillets from the fish, and the fillets then go to one person to be skinned and the bones go to another where the bits of meat are scrapped off the skeleton.
